We the undersigned hereby petition...
To: Stephen Nickerson, President of Home Entertainment Summit Entertainment, LL C RE: DVD/Blu-Ray - The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1 and 2 Dear Mr. Nickerson, The mock-ups of the DVD/Blu-Ray covers for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 1 and all the extras that your company plan to include so far. But the one thing that we fans would love to see is a DIRECTOR'S EXTENDED CUT VERSION (which includes all deleted scenes that were dropped for running time sake, all scene cut for ratings sake. This is the Director's Original Vision of how the movie should have been before everyone started saying "Cut it down or ...") or an option on the DVD/Blue-Ray to see either the Cinema Version or the Director's Extended Cut Version. NOT just a Bonus Features to see deleted scenes, but ACTUALLY PUT THEM BACK INTO THE FILM where they belong so that we can see the film as it was intended. A good example of this is the movie AVATAR. I have the Extended Collector's Edition which has three (3) versions of the film to choose from, the Original Theatrical Version, the Director's Cut Version, and the Director's Extended Cut Version. The difference between the Original and the Director's Cut is very slight, hardly noticeable. But the difference between the Director's Extended Cut and the Original or even the Director's Cut is so vast, it's like watching two different movies. The Extended Cut is SO... much better! So please if you have any sway in how the DVD/Blu-Ray for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Parts 1 and 2 are made, we the thousands upon thousands of fans want you to know that this is what we want. We thank you for your time and patience. Sincerely, The Fans of The Twilight Saga
