We want our health care run more like the web technology industry, not like the DMV. A web tech industry which is offering customers unprecedented innovation, efficiency, rapidly reduced prices and all of it at incredible speeds. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Governments, on the other hand, prove time & time again they don’t know how to run businesses - especially a highly technical industry that “now consume[s] 16 percent of the nation’s economic output†(-Wash.Post). Disagree?
