Description

Let's make movements to remove the "trolls" from twitter once and for all. Twitter should be fun and social, bullying of any form should not be tolerated whether it be in schools, in the street or in this case online. Help us find a suitable way to ensure repeat trolling is dealt with. Users should not be allowed access to a social networking website if they use it to abuse and intimidate others.
