Hi! I am Dannah Dy Saldivia from the Philippines.. I'm 16 & turning 17 this year. I am a huge fan of Justin Bieber since 2009. I first saw his music video when my friend showed it to me & I was like wow! this is it! I will be a FANGIRL from now on..I updated my twitter account and made it a Justin Bieber Fan page but I don't have lots of followers because I'm not that famous. I tweeted Justin Bieber to follow me back only once but he then followed me & I was like OOOOMMMMGGG!! Is this real? Justin is really a down to earth person. He's not like the other celebrities who doesn't follow back fans.. Justin follows fans because he said we are the reason he's living the kind of life he's living now. He is amazing & I support him no matter what. I really want to go to one of Justin Bieber's concerts but unfortunately I can't afford it.I'm not in a rich family. I can only afford posters,magazines & CDs but not a ticket to one of his concerts. So I came up w/ this decision to make a petition so that Justin could notice me in his over 22m fans. In the Philippines, 18th Birthday means a lot. It's the time when a girl turns into a lady.So on my debut this coming August 10,2013 I would really want Justin Bieber to greet & sing to me a Happy Birthday song even via video only. It would really make my BIG DAY! My mom also told me that we can't afford to have a debut party so I really wish Justin will notice me & Greet me so I will feel special on that day.. To all the BELIEBERS out there! I know we are here for each other no matter what..We are here to support Justin & all the Beliebers.. All I'm asking for you now is a sign for this thing to happen...
