Make all American teen mag's open their contest to Canadians!!!

Description

I find it unfair that teen magazines are sold in Canada but we can't enter any of their contest because were not from the States. Also I think everyone should have a chance to meet Justin Bieber or win his autograph. Justin's Canadian so we should be able to enter Justin Bieber contests in magazines!!!!! Sign this if your a Canadian & agrees that this is unfair. Maybe if we get enough signatures they will consider opening them to Canadians.
