Please sign this if you do not want Addison and Sam to be together on Private Practice. Addison deserves better than Sam! He cheated on her with Naomi when Addie was grieving her dead mother. He did not care about her when she was sick. He doesn't want a baby with her. He says he will "try" to love her and a baby. We did not wait so long for Addie to be with a man who will "try" to love her and a baby. Please help save Addison from a man who doesn't truly love her! Thank you.
