we the undersigned petition Rogers Wireless to to offer early iPhone 3GS upgrades for existing subscribers

For those who want to upgrade to the iPhone 3GS, Rogers is not allowing people to upgrade if they are less than 2 years into a 3 year contract. Rogers will not allow anyone to "top up" extra months to reach 2 years. That means 2010 is when most iPhone 3G users can upgrade! Early iPhone 3G adopters will have invested over $3000+CDN over a 3 year voice/data plan--our investment is real. We, the undersigned, are asking Rogers Wireless (and Fido) to allow for early hardware upgrades to the iPhone 3GS with promotional pricing of $199/$249 for 16GB and $299/$349 for 32GB.
